Comfortable and casual shoes are highly recommended as there will be quite a fair bit of walking to do.
Electrical appliances will require an adapter that are slant flat - pins (as shown above)
We recommend that you bring your own personal medication and the usual over the counter basic medication.
All controlled drugs require a doctor’s prescription if needed in China.
Airline allows a baggage limit of 30kg per person Economy class, 40kg Business class excluding 1 piece of hand-carry not more than 5kg and not exceeding a total of 115cm.
Do not pack any sharp items, tooth paste, cream and liquid of more than 100ml into your hand-carry.
Meal & Hotels
Meals provided is as per indicated on the itinerary. Tourists are recommended to drink bottled water where they travel
Passport / Visa
Immigration procedures require tourists to possess a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity with enough available pages for immigration entrance and exit stamping or endorsements. Each passenger is responsible to obtain the necessary visas required. Bruneian Passport Holders not require visa to enter China. For Malaysian, Brunei PR & foreign passport, please ensure relevant visa is applied should you need one. It is necessary to bring along re-entry permit or air ticket to country of origin for passengers not holding Brunei Passport. It is advisable to keep separately a photocopy of your travel documents.
Currency & Credit Card
It is advisable to change sufficient China RMB before departure. As currency exchange are not located in certain areas of the country. Brunei dollars is not an acceptable currency at the moment in China. Exchange rate is approximately BND 1.00 = RMB 5.00, Credit cards is not widely accepted except at major departmental store. If in doubt, please bring Singapore Dollars.
Things To Bring
It is advisable to bring along items such as umbrella, rain coat, sunscreen, sun glasses and cap / hat. Do not forget the battery charger for digital/ video camera and hand phone. Most hotels provide kettle in the room.
Check In Procedure
Airlines require all passengers to check-in 2hours at least before flight. Passengers are to assemble at the Brunei International airport, Departure hall - Information counter on time to avoid unnecessary delays waiting for other fellow group members. Group seats are per-allocated by airlines; we will try to arrange family and friends seating together if possible.
