  • Mogao Caves
    Also known as Thousand Buddha Cave, it is one of three known grottoes in China and it is also the largest, best preserved and richest treasure house of Buddhist art in the world.
  • Mingsha Mountain + Crescent Moon Spring
    Have a wonderful camel-riding experience along the Mingsha mountain to the Crescent Moon Spring which is 6km south of Dun Huang, literally an oasis on the desert. The spring’s name derives from the crescent moon shape taken by the small pool of spring water between two large sand dunes.
  • Yellow River Hoodoo National Geopark
    It is located in the southeastern part of Gansu Province Jing Tai with land forms at an average height of 80-100 meters, where the highest point is over 200 meters tall.
  • Heavenly Lake
    Formerly known as Yaochi, around 4.95 square kilometers, it is surrounded by green pastures and pristine conifer forests. Snowy Alp liked peaks soar to great heights and enclose the lake. Take a boat ride on Heavenly Lake and escape into a peaceful, dream-like world.

    It is the cradle of the Turpan ancient civilization and oasis agriculture. Eighty percent of the total natural landscapes and human landscapes in Turpan are located here.
